Master Secure Storage Unit Rental Terms

Move-in month is pro-rated. Where a unit is occupied on the 1st day of the month, a full month’s rent is charged. When moving out, please make sure to move out before the last day of the month to avoid being charged for an additional month. A deposit of one month's rent is charged at the time of rental and is refunded at the end of the rental (for accounts in good standing). Unit prices are subject to change unless otherwise stipulated, based on market conditions, with 20 days’ notice to the customer. At the facility check-in, customers will be asked to provide a valid credit card or ACH payment method to be charged automatically on the 1st day of the month.
